food eaten today so far

Breakfast: Honey bunches of oats 2 cups aprox with 1 cup of milk, Calories650
Snack 1: two nutrigrain bars and sabor latino strawberry kiwi, Calories 390
Conckusion: no more sabor latino is the con clusion im better off drinking milk do calorie content and micronutrient analysis for lunch and dinner.
