3990 is the total for the day sick with no workout i will be feeling real guilty but two workouts tomorro weights bball drills one session and interval training the other so bon vive or some shit like that go hard and i have about 500 calories to waste hmm i might post again...

workout
i did the interval workout that i have been doing for a while. 3 min then 6 min all out then 3min rest. along with this i did a couple of sprints i am tired and fighting because of the snack i ate damn agian work on for now : dicipline
dinner
no way can i do nutrition down to the t so i will estimate. for protein 60 grams. Calories about 2500. total calories about 5000 ugh to much im going to miss out on a deficit so i wont break even
lunch
was very hungry pizza eaten info as follows: Calories 1200 protein 51 grams of proteinlots of fat lots of sodium lots of cholesterol. this is somuch so that i dont want to talk about it. i should be fine i do intervals everyday but overall a bad choice. drink grape punch 180 total:1380
